• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
