SHIPPING TO DOMESTIC AND REMOTE LOCATIONS

- Standard shipping is available, but additional transit time may apply for remote areas.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we offer Standard and Express shipping options, depending on your location.

- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and order size.

- The final shipping cost and estimated transit time will be displayed at checkout.

- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

- Orders placed before 11 AM IST, Monday - Friday, will begin processing the same day.

 Customs & Import Regulations

- Your country’s Customs Authority may hold your package for up to 30 days at their discretion. IIVOON is unable to expedite this process.

- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your country.

 Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

For the following countries, duties and taxes will be included:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK.

 Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

For countries not listed above, duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We are ready to ship internationally on the special demand of the customer but the shipping charges will be decided later.
